Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Limbr Health (“Limbr Health”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or attending an appointment with Limbr Health, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Limbr Health, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient. To ensure fair access to appointments and to minimise disruption to clinicians and other patients, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Notice Requirements

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled appointment time.

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be provided using one of the following methods:

Email reminders are sent two days prior to your appointment as a courtesy reminder. Failure to receive a reminder does not remove your responsibility to provide the required notice.

Cancellation and Non-Attendance Fees

The following fees apply where sufficient notice is not provided:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, but not on the day of the scheduled appointment time: 50% of the full service fee

  • Cancellation or rescheduling the day of the scheduled appointment time: Full service fee

  • Failure to attend an appointment (Did Not Attend): Full service fee

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your appointment, your consultation may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. The full consultation fee will still apply.

If you arrive too late for the appointment to proceed, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment, and the full appointment fee will be charged.

Exceptional Circumstances

Limbr Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive or reduce cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future appointments.

Acceptance of Policy

By booking an appointment with Limbr Health, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this cancellation policy.

This policy applies to all appointments booked online, by phone, in person, or through third-party booking systems.

2. Fees and Payments

All consultation fees are payable at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.

Limbr Health reserves the right to:

  • Update consultation fees at any time

  • Require payment details at the time of booking

  • Charge outstanding fees prior to allowing further bookings

Any unpaid accounts may be referred to a debt recovery service where reasonable efforts to collect payment have been unsuccessful.
