As Co-Founder and Principal Osteopath at Limbr Health, Damien leads one of Kew’s most respected allied-health teams – known for hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation, and evidence-based movement strategies. Damien’s core philosophy centres around understanding why pain or dysfunction is happening – not just what hurts, so every client receives tailored solutions that deliver lasting improvement.

Damo is especially passionate about treating sports injuries, particularly for footballers, runners, and golfers. He is also experienced in treating complex issues like hip, pelvic, and low back pain, recurring soft tissue injuries, and chronic neck and shoulder problems.

When he’s not helping you move better, Damo is a passionate golfer and a die-hard footy fan. If Essendon is playing well, he’s always up for an AFL chat; otherwise, golf is a safe bet. In his downtime, Damo enjoys quality moments with his wife, Ash, and their young son, Harry, or hitting the golf course with mates.
