Courtney Shaw
Osteopath, Clinical Pilates
Courtney’s passion for osteopathy stems from a lifelong love of movement and a deep appreciation for the impact quality healthcare can have at every stage of life. Over the past seven years, she has turned her focus to women’s health, with experience in pelvic health, pregnancy and post-partum care, paediatrics, and clinical Pilates. She is passionate about supporting women through the physical changes of pregnancy, recovery after birth, and the demands of motherhood, helping them feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.
Courtney takes a holistic and individualised approach to treatment, combining hands-on osteopathic care with tailored movement and rehabilitation strategies. She enjoys working with babies, children, and families and values creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard and cared for. Her treatment style blends a gentle and firm hands-on approach with practical exercise-based management to help patients move well, reduce pain, and achieve lasting results.
She has completed further studies in paediatric osteopathy, clinical mat and reformer Pilates, pelvic health, pregnancy and post-partum care, and vestibular rehabilitation. Courtney also enjoys treating acute and chronic low back and neck pain, headaches, and vertigo.
