Damien is one of the proud co-founders of Limbr Health. A passionate and innovative osteopath whose sole passion is to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Put simply, he wants to make your life better.

Having been an osteopath since 2015, Damo’s approach to treatment and rehabilitation focuses on allowing your body to function in unison and at its optimum. Utilising both the treatment room and gym through his sessions, Damo uses manual therapy techniques in conjunction with exercise prescriptions based on your physical needs. Following your session, Damo will provide you with an individualised management plan focusing on your return to activity goals. Whether your goal is to achieve pain-free movement, tolerate the stressors of your work or enhance sporting performance, Damo will work alongside you to achieve your desired results.

Damo has a strong passion for treating all sporting injuries – footballers, runners and golfers in particular. His interests also extend to treating complex hip/pelvic/low back complaints, recurring soft tissue injuries as well as complex or chronic neck and shoulder issues.

Damo is an avid golfer and loves his footy. Depending on how well Essendon is playing he should be happy to discuss all things AFL, otherwise, golf is probably a safer topic. In his spare time, Damo loves to spend time with his little son Harry, his wife Ash or hit the golf course with mates.
