Nick Herbert

Osteopath, strength & conditioning

Nick is a skilled osteopath and strength and conditioning coach with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy)/Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University.

He is currently an Osteopath and Head Sports Trainer at Collingwood Football Club (AFLW), bringing a broad range of experience in sports medicine. Nick is also an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and previously led the strength and conditioning program at Old Carey Grammarian’s Football Club. He also has his advanced dry-needling qualifications.

His clinical interests include exercise rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain and sports injuries to tendon injuries and low back pain. Nick aims to integrate manual therapy with education and rehabilitation to support optimal recovery. His approach emphasises strong empathic communication to foster a deep connection with patients, enhancing their overall treatment experience.

Nick grew up in the inner eastern suburbs and is passionate about supporting his local community. Away from the clinic you will find Nick deep in a podcast, buying ingredients for a new recipe or working on his own fitness goals.
