Courtney Shaw
Osteopath, Clinical Pilates
With over seven years of clinical experience, Courtney combines a deep understanding of the body with a caring, results-driven approach to treatment. Courtney’s focus is on identifying the root cause of your pain, not just the symptoms. Her treatments blend firm and gentle hands-on osteopathic techniques with individualised exercise and Pilates programs to restore movement and lasting balance.
She has a special interest in:
- Pre- and post- natal care
- Vertigo, BPPV, and vestibular rehabilitation
- Headaches and jaw dysfunction
- Low back and neck pain
Courtney’s passion for osteopathy stems from her lifelong love of movement — from netball, ballet, and running to water skiing — and a firsthand appreciation for how injuries can disrupt an active lifestyle. Her career began overseas, where she developed a strong interest in women’s health and paediatric care, before returning to Melbourne to expand her expertise in more complex vestibular and spinal conditions.
Professional Development & Achievements:
- Double Bachelor in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy)
- Postgraduate studies in Paediatric Osteopathy
- Certified in Clinical Mat and Reformer Pilates
- Postgraduate studies in Vestibular Treatment and Rehabilitation (including BPPV management)
- Experienced in Exercise Prescription and Functional Strength Programming
Courtney brings warmth, precision, and technical skill to every consultation — designing holistic, practical treatment plans that help you move better, feel stronger, and live confidently.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors with her partner and dog — always planning her next adventure.
