Molly Clark
Osteopath
Molly Clark is a qualified osteopath with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Osteopathy and a background as a Personal Trainer. She brings fresh knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people move and feel better.
Her years in the strength, fitness, and rehabilitation space allow her to bridge the gap between manual therapy and movement-based care, creating treatment plans that are both hands-on and functional. Molly works with a wide variety of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck and back pain, hip dysfunction, shoulder issues, and knee injuries. She takes a predominantly structural approach, combining manual techniques with active rehabilitation strategies tailored to everyone.
Molly’s treatment is always centred around the person in front of her. She values getting to know her patients, understanding their goals, and recognising the individual factors that influence their presentation. This ensures her care is not only evidence-based but also personalised to meet each patient’s needs.
Education and empowerment are key pillars of Molly’s practice. She believes in helping people understand what’s happening in their bodies and providing them with the tools and support to take an active role in recovery. Her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where patients feel heard, supported, and motivated to move forward.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Molly training at the gym, alternating between powerlifting and Olympic lifting, spending time with friends, or caring for her collection of more than 50 houseplants.
