Pat Lynch
Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates
Hailing from the sunny border between QLD and NSW, Pat began his studies by completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. It was during this time that he gained an in-depth knowledge of the complexities of the human body, whilst developing a keen interest in how to treat it. After completing his undergraduate studies Pat undertook a Master’s of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney where he combined his knowledge of the human body with advanced clinical training to become a physiotherapist.
In more than six years of working as a physio, Pat has strived to find the most effective way to treat the person in front of him. Pat not only addresses the physical nature of an issue but strives to look into the deeper or less obvious causes of the problem. By working in this way, Pat has been able to develop the skills and knowledge needed to treat almost any population in any environment.
Pat has a keen interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation and believes that exercise, education and a bit of enjoyment are fundamental to a successful outcome. Pat uses a variety of tools to achieve success, whether it’s in the gym, on a Pilates reformer or via the use of his hands in the treatment room.
In his free time, Pat makes sure to fill his cup. Most weekends he gets out for a round of golf or escapes the city for something a little different. Pat loves a run or walk with his Border Collie Marley, almost as much as he loves an ice-cold beer.
