Ongoing Sessions with Your Coach Include:

  • A personalised training plan tailored to your goals

  • Guided gym sessions with real-time feedback on your form and technique

  • An exercise program to follow either in our clinic or at home

Training Options at Limbr:

  • One-on-one coaching

  • Small group training (up to 6 people), supervised by your coach

  • Private group sessions for 2–3 people (available on request)
